Eat 'Em ALL
Date
2021
Eat 'Em ALL is a game we created to teach health care providers about treating acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) using a playful, Pac-Man–inspired format. The goal was to make complex clinical concepts interactive and easy to remember.
In the game, players navigate the maze while learning how ASPARLAS and ONCASPAR deplete asparagine levels in patients. Each power-up color corresponds to one of the drugs, and the duration of the power-up reflects how long the drug lasts in the body, helping providers understand the differences between treatments in a hands-on way.
I led the design of the game’s visuals, ensuring that the color, animation, and gameplay all reinforced the educational goals. The experience is scalable across live events and digital platforms, creating an engaging, memorable way for providers to learn about ALL treatment. Eat 'Em ALL transforms a classic arcade game into a modern, interactive learning tool that’s both fun and clinically informative.
